Baguettes are the base unit of measurement within PB Rewards Singapore. They are earned on all purchases made at participating Paris Baguette outlets in Singapore, based on a member’s spending. 

For every $1 spend, members will earn 3 Baguettes. (Baguettes earned are rounded down to the nearest dollar.)

There are two membership tiers in the PB Rewards Singapore programme: 

Blue Member 

Upon registration, new members are automatically enrolled as Blue Members. They gain immediate access to welcome rewards and birthday perks. 

Gold Member 

After spending amount of $350 within 12 months of their membership cycle, Blue Members are upgraded to Gold Members. This tier includes all the benefits of Blue Membership along with additional exclusive privileges. 

PB Rewards can be enjoyed at most Paris Baguette outlets in Singapore, excluding those located at Singapore Changi Airport and Jewel Changi Airport. 

Please note that PB Rewards Singapore is only applicable within Singapore. 

Baguettes can be used to claim a variety of rewards available on the PB Rewards portal under the ‘Rewards’ section.

To redeem Baguettes in-store, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to the PB Rewards portal at https://pbrewards.parisbaguette.com.sg/. 

2. Present your member QR code to the cashier. 

3. Inform the staff of the reward you would like to redeem before making payment. 

*If a member does not log in to the PB Rewards portal and verify their membership at the time of purchase, they will not be able to redeem a reward for that transaction. 

PB Rewards Singapore allows members to earn and accumulate Baguettes on purchases made at any participating Paris Baguette store in Singapore. Members earn 3 Baguettes for every $1 Spent. 

Baguettes can only be earned through in-store purchases. Purchases made via online or third-party platforms, such as GrabFood, the Catering eShop, and Online Flash Deals, do not qualify for Baguette accumulation. Please note that Baguettes are not exchangeable for cash. 

Baguettes are earned based on the total spend after any discounts generated by Baguette redemptions.  

To earn Baguettes, members should follow these steps:

1. Log in to the PB Rewards portal at https://pbrewards.parisbaguette.com.sg/. 

2. Present your member QR code to the cashier. 

3. Inform the staff if you would like to claim any rewards or special discounts. 

4. Earn Baguettes based on the spend at checkout, which will be credited to your account within 1 to 2 days from the transaction date.  

*If a member does not log into PB Rewards portal and fail to verify their membership at the time of purchase, they will not be able to redeem reward on their purchase. 

Becoming a PB Rewards member allows you to earn Baguettes with every successful transaction made at any participating Paris Baguette store, which can be used to claim rewards. 

Blue Member Benefits 

Upon successful sign-up, members are immediately enrolled in the Blue Tier, enjoying the following benefits: 

1. Welcome Reward: 1-for-1 on any choice of drink, issued to your ‘My Rewards’ page after your first successful transaction. 

2. Birthday Rewards: A free sliced or short cake with a minimum $10 transaction, and 1.5x Baguettes earned on the first transaction of your birthday month.  

Gold Member Benefits 

After spending a total of $350, Blue Members are automatically upgraded to the Gold Tier, which includes: 

1. Tier Upgrade Rewards: A free Royal Pudding. 

2. Additional Birthday Rewards: A free sliced or short cake, double Baguettes earned on the first transaction of your birthday month, and 15% off the Dine-In Menu (available at selected stores). 

Referral Program  

The PB Rewards Referral Programme lets you invite friends and share the joy! 

Members will receive a $2 voucher, while their referred friends will enjoy a 50% off voucher for a sliced or short cake. 

Rewards will only be issued upon referee’s successful sign-up and first transaction.

On the first day of a PB Rewards member’s birthday month, Birthday Rewards will be automatically issued and added to their PB Rewards account under ‘My Rewards’. 

Blue Member 

• Free slice of cake with a minimum $10 transaction (1 redemption) 

• 1.5x Baguettes earned on the first transaction of the birthday month 

Gold Member 

• Free Sliced of Cake (1 redemption) 

• 15% Off Dine-In Menu (1 redemption) 

• Double Baguettes earned on the first transaction of the birthday month 

PB Rewards member can invite others to join the membership and receive additional rewards. 

1. Go to ‘Referral’ page on PB Rewards home page. 

2. Send your Referral Code or share the sign-up page link with your friend. 

Upon the referee’s successful sign-up and first transaction: 

• The referrer will receive $2 Voucher 

• The referee will receive 50% Off Sliced or Short Cake Voucher 

Yes, Baguettes will expire 12 months from the date they are earned. 

Upon registering as a PB Rewards member, you will immediately gain access to the Blue Tier. Members have 12 months to spend of $350 to be upgraded to the Gold Tier. 

When a PB Rewards member spends of $350, they will be immediately upgraded to the Gold Tier. Upon upgrading, the membership cycle will be extended for twelve (12) months from the date of the tier upgrade. 

Members are not allowed to change their date of birth on their profile page. If you would like to request a change, please complete this form here. Please note that all changes are subject to management approval. 

Apart from your date of birth and mobile number, you can update other details such as your email address and communication preferences by following these steps: 

1. Sign in to PB Rewards and click on ‘Account’. 

2. Update the relevant fields in ‘Account & Setting’ page. 

3. Press ‘Save’ — your changes will be applied. 

Members who wish to delete their membership must complete this form here, and we will proceed with the cancellation of the account.

Please note that all account deletion requests are final and irreversible once processed. Upon deletion of your account, all information and benefits associated with it — including account history, Baguettes, and other reward benefits — will no longer be accessible or recoverable. 

Please note that once an account has been deleted, the same mobile number or email address cannot be used to register a new account.
