Paris Baguette Rewards Terms of Use

1. General

1.1 By participating in the Paris Baguette Rewards Program (the “PB Rewards Program”), you agree to be bound by these terms of use (including all subsequent revisions or amendments) and all terms incorporated herein by reference (the “Terms of Use”).

1.2 IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS AND USE, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PB REWARDS PROGRAM.

1.3 If you are under the age of thirteen (13) years, you agree to first review these Terms of Use with your parent or guardian and ensure that you and your parent or guardian understand and agree to these Terms of Use before participating in the PB Rewards Program. If your parent or guardian do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must discontinue your participation in the PB Rewards Program.

1.4 These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the PB Rewards program, operated by Paris Baguette Singapore Pte Ltd (“Paris Baguette”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Paris Baguette in relation to products or services.

2. Changes to Terms of Use

2.1 We may provide updates, notices, and amendments to these Terms of Use, and other information relating to the PB Rewards Program by electronic means, including through emails, SMS or posting such information and materials online at https://pbrewards.parisbaguette.com.sg (the “PB Rewards Website”)

2.2 We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately and may be posted on the PB Rewards Website. Your continued access to or participation in the PB Rewards Program after any such changes confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes.

2.3 We reserve the right to discontinue or cancel the PB Rewards, or any part of it, at any time in our sole discretion without providing you with any notice or compensation.

3. Grant of License

3.1 We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of the PB Rewards Website subject to the terms provided in these Terms of Use.

4. The PB Rewards Program

4.1 The PB Rewards Program is Paris Baguette’s cardless membership program designed to reward and show appreciation to our loyal customers with exclusive benefits whenever they dine-in or takeaway at all Paris Baguette Physical stores in Singapore (excluding Paris Baguette stores located at Changi Airport/Jewel Changi Airport (“Participating Paris Baguette Stores”)

5. To Participate in the PB Rewards Program

5.1 To Participate, and receive the program’s benefits, you must first register for an account via the PB Rewards Website (a “PB Rewards Account”).

5.2 We may require you to provide, through the online registration form, certain personal information including password, email address, date of birth and mobile number. We may collect your personal information for the following purposes:

(a) Create and manage your PB Rewards Account;

(b) To identify you as a PB Rewards Member; and

(c) To send you important updates on the PB Rewards Program and other marketing, advertisement and promotional materials about our products and services.

5.3 We will use/store/disclose your personal information in accordance with our Data Protection Policy. You may view our Data Protection Policy at [ https://www.parisbaguette.com.sg/privacy-policy/].

5.4 To enable us to create your PB Rewards Account. You must provide all required information correctly and accurately.

5.5 Once you have created a PB Rewards Account, you will be enrolled in the PB Rewards Program as a member (“PB Rewards Membership”). Your PB Rewards Membership will be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of your registration (the “Membership Period”). Upon its expiration, your PB Rewards Membership will automatically renew for one (1) year periods, continuing indefinitely. You will not be required to pay any membership fees to participate in the PB Rewards Program. Essentially, your PB Rewards Membership is a free lifetime membership.

5.6 Your PB Rewards Membership is personal to you and is not transferable. Sharing of PB Rewards Account between individuals is strictly prohibited.

6. Membership Tiers

6.1 The PB Rewards Program has two (2) Membership Tiers (“Blue” and “Gold”) for its customers which are determined by the cumulative spending amount that is calculated based on the spending.

6.2 Upon registration of your PB Rewards Account, you will automatically be assigned a Blue Tier Membership and will be entitled to all benefits under it.

6.3 If you spend a total amount of $350 or more (after applying any reductions from discounts, cash vouchers or Rewards) at any of our Participating Paris Baguette Stores within the twelve (12)-month period following your Membership Period, your PB Rewards Membership will automatically be upgraded to a Gold tier Membership.

6.4 Upon attaining your Gold Tier Membership, your Membership Period will automatically be extended such that your Gold tier Membership will expire one (1) year from the date your Membership is upgraded to Gold tier Membership .

6.5 To maintain your Gold Tier Membership, you must continue to spend a total amount of $350 or more (after applying any reductions from discounts, cash vouchers or Rewards) at any of our Participating Paris Baguette Stores during each consecutive twelve (12)-month period following the date you reached the Gold tier . Your PB Rewards Membership will then automatically be renewed as a Gold tier Membership .

6.6 If you do not spend $350 or more within a one (1) year period, your PB Rewards Membership will be reverted to a Blue tier .

7. Paris Baguette Rewards

7.1 Your PB Reward Membership entitles you to certain rewards. You will receive benefits applicable to your Membership Tier as set out below:

(a) Welcome Rewards: you will receive the following reward upon the successful registration of your PB Rewards Account.

(i) 1-for-1 any beverage; and

(b) Referral Rewards: Refer a friend to register for a PB Rewards Account with your referral code and you, as the referrer, will be rewarded with $2 Voucher, and your friend as the referee will be entitled to a 50% off Sliced Cake Voucher.

(c) Birthday Rewards: During your birthday month, you will be entitled to the following rewards applicable to your Membership Tier:

Blue Tier
(i) A Free slice/short cake with a minimum spend of $10; and

(ii) Earn 1.5 times the number of Baguettes on the first purchase made during your birthday month.

Gold Tier
(iii) A Free slice of cake;

(iv) Earn double the number of Baguettes for all purchases made during your birthday month; and

(v) Enjoy 15% of Paris Baguette Dine-in Menu at selected stores.

Please note that all Birthday Rewards are valid for 14 days from the date of claim.

(d) Tier Upgrade Rewards: You will receive the following rewards upon the upgrade of your Membership Tier from Blue to Gold:

(i) a Free Royal Pudding with any purchase

7.2 Please note that we reserve the right to revise in our sole discretion and without notice or compensation to you, any rewards entitlement set out in this Paragraph 8.

7.3 Blue Tier Members are entitled to the following rewards (“Blue Tier Rewards”):

(a) Welcome rewards;

(b) Birthday rewards ; and

7.4 Gold Tier Members are entitled to the following rewards (“Gold Tier Rewards”):

(a) Tier upgrade rewards;

(b) Birthday rewards; and

8. Earning Baguettes

8.1 Your PB Rewards Membership enables you to earn and accumulate Baguettes (reward points) when you make purchases from any of our Participating Paris Baguette Stores. Please note that you will not be able to earn Baguettes from purchases made through third party platforms.

8.2 Please refer to our FAQ for step-by-step directions on how to earn Baguettes from your purchases.

8.3 To earn Baguettes for a purchase, you must present your PB Rewards Membership QR code or provide personal particulars used to register your PB Rewards Account such as your mobile number or email address at the time of purchase. If you do not follow this process at the time of purchase, you will not earn Baguettes from the transaction or have any recourse to claim the Baguette.

8.4 You will be rewarded with 3 Baguettes for every one (1) Singapore Dollar (after applying any reductions from discounts, cash vouchers or Rewards) you spend in any of our Participating Paris Baguette Stores. The number of Baguettes earned will be rounded down to the nearest whole number (e.g. $2.50 spent earns you 6 Baguettes). There is no limit to the number of Baguettes you may accumulate from purchases.

8.5 Any Baguettes you earn are personal to you and you may not transfer them or deal with them for a commercial purpose. Baguettes may only be used in Singapore.

9. Expiration of Baguettes

9.1 Baguettes accumulated during a Membership Period will expire upon the termination of your PB Rewards Account or upon the expiration of a Membership Period, whichever occurs first. Baguettes earned are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. Any unredeemed Baguettes will expire 12 months after the date they are earned and will not be carried over or extended beyond their validity period, regardless of your PB Rewards membership renewal or tier status.

10. How to Redeem Your Baguettes

10.1 Your PB Rewards Membership also allows you to redeem accumulated Baguettes at all Paris Baguette physical stores in Singapore, excluding Paris Baguette online stores and physical stores located at Changi Airport/Jewel Changi Airport:

10.2 Regardless of your membership tier Baguettes may be redeemed for the following rewards (for dine-in or takeaway orders):

(a) 150 Baguettes may be redeemed for a $2 Voucher;

(b) 300 Baguettes may be redeemed for a $5 Voucher;

10.3 Please refer to our FAQ for step-by-step directions on how to use and redeem your Baguettes.

11. Personal Information Privacy

11.1 Our Data Protection Policy [ https://www.parisbaguette.com.sg/privacy-policy/] is incorporated into these Terms of Use and governs your participation in the PB Rewards Program. Please refer to our Data Protection Policy for our policy regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

12. Personal Use

12.1 The PB Rewards Program is intended for personal use only. Any use of the PB Rewards Program for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

12.2 Your PB Rewards are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to anyone else, or used for any commercial purpose.

12.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your PB Rewards account without notice if we determine at our sole and absolute discretion that you have breached any of these Terms of Use. In the event that your PB Rewards Account is terminated, we may, without providing you with any notice or compensation, void all accrued Baguettes or other rewards in your account.

13. Links to Third Party Websites

13.1 Any links to third party websites provided in the PB Rewards Website are provided solely as a convenience to you.

13.2 You acknowledge that we do not control and are not responsible for any of these third party websites, their content or privacy policies. Access and use of other such websites is at the user’s own risk and subject to any terms and conditions applicable to such access/use. We have no responsibility for any losses or damages arising from or related to these third party websites.

14. No Warranty

14.1 The PB Rewards Website is provided by Paris Baguette “AS-IS” and you agree to assume total responsibility related to your access and use of the PB Rewards Website. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all representations and warranties of any kind, expressed or implied regarding the PB Rewards Website including but not limited to, its fitness for a particular purpose, its quality, its merchantability, its performance, its accuracy and completeness or uninterrupted access to the PB Rewards Website. We do not warrant that the PB Rewards Website is free from bugs, viruses, errors, or other harmful components.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, punitive, consequential incidental or special damages, including without limitation, any lost profits or lost savings, regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort or negligence, even if it was foreseeable or the possibility of such damages was brought to our attention, arising out of the PB Rewards Website. Nothing in this paragraph is intended to limit or alter your statutory rights as a consumer under the applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms of Use shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

16.2 You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms of use shall be filed only in the courts located in Singapore and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

17. Severability

17.1 If any provision of these Terms of Use, or their application to any person, place, or circumstance, is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or void, the remainder of these terms of use and such provisions as applied to other persons, places and circumstances shall remain in full force and effect.
